I agree. Where do the governing bodies get off trying to take away the rights of young drivers and impose restrictions on them? When you earn your provisional license, you earn it fair and square. Why should the government be able to take away the rights detailed in your provisional license? They're your rights dammit!
(plus, it would me no more random driving)
